Dr Mark Wiggers, Optometrist Dr. Wiggers grew up in Evansville, Indiana. In high school he was a member of the orchestra and marching band, and was even honored to be a part of the All-State Band and Orchestra, performing in Indianapolis. He attended Indiana University, where he received both his B.S. and his Doctorate in Optometry, O.D., degrees. He was awarded the Feinbloom Award for Excellence in Low Vision. Then he went on to earn certification in Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease. Dr. Wiggers worked in a variety of commercial optical settings before moving to Georgia for the warm weather and Southern Hospitality. He worked with patients at the Sears Optical in Northpoint Mall, until 2005, when he opened Absolute EyeCare which is now called Clarity Vision Group, near his home in Cumming. Clarity Vision Group has become a stellar provider of eyecare and eyewear, in a friendly yet professional environment, by an experienced and competent staff. In his spare time, Dr. Wiggers enjoys collector cars, dogs, movies, and music.

Dr. Travis A. Wright, Optometrist Originally from North Carolina, Dr. Wright grew up in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. He did his undergraduate study at Auburn University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science. He attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry where he received his Doctorate of Optometry. Dr. Wright began practicing optometry in Georgia after graduating from optometry school and has continued to practice in the Atlanta area since 1997. Dr. Wright was excited to join Clarity Vision Group as an associate doctor in 2012, and looks forward to continuing to provide optometric care in the Cumming community. Dr. Wright is and his wife, Tina, live in Cumming GA. They just celebrated the birth of their first child, a son, and are thrilled to be parents. They attend Browns Bridge Community Church and the Church of the Good Shepherd. Dr. Wright enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and hunting. |
Ken, Licensed Optician Ken McHan is a Licensed Dispensing Optician (L.D.O.) which is the highest level of licensure in the State of Georgia. He attained this credential by having 20+ years of experience in Opticianry. Ken can help you by guiding you to eyeglass frames that fit you properly and are flattering to your facial shape and coloration. He will lead you to ophthalmic lens enhancements that will greatly improve the quality of your visual life for all your activities including Computer Work, Reading, Night Driving, Outdoor Activities, Sports, and anything else unique to your life. Ken is friendly, accommodating, and always professional. You will always be greeted with a smile and a willingness to help. Ken is a native of North Georgia, growing up in Blue Ridge before coming to the "big city" to pursue his passion, Opticianry. |
Caroline, Insurance Specialist Caroline Robinson is our Receptionist, Insurance Guru, and can do pretty much anything needed in the office. She has 20+ years experience in professional optometry offices, and really knows what she is doing. Caroline oozes Southern Hospitality while taking care of our patients. She will always greet you with a smile, politely answer your questions, be a great resource for your insurance issues, and graciously collect your payment. Caroline grew up in Canton, where she was a high school cheer leader. She is the proud mother of her 28 year old son. |
Bill, Patient Care Coordinator Bill Sebastian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) with a Masters in Social Work from Indiana University. As Patient Care Coordinator, he may answer your phone call, help with your insurance questions, run the computerized testing equipment to prepare patients for the doctors, and coordinate any referrals to other doctors that are recommended by our Doctors. Bill is a native of Ohio, where he raised a daughter and a son, who have both made him a proud grandfather. He resides here in Cumming. |
Heather, Optometric Technician Heather comes to us from a background of Medical Assisting, and Optometric Technician work at an office that closed in 2011. She is excellent at gathering patient history, and diagnostic data with all the computerized equipment as she preps her patients for the doctors. Her aspirations are to learn more about the other aspects of our practice to deepen her depth of knowlege in eyecare. Heather has three children and is a resident of Cumming.
